You'll need to provide more information.
1) Are you running DMA from command line or GUI?
2) What is the version/edition of SQL Server on premises?

hello,
"Check feature Parity" option in DMA is disabled and no longer provide. You will not be able to select this option in DMA UI. You might be seeing the error running using command-line. We don't have an ETA if enabled back.
But please let us know what exact scenario you are trying to solve that we may be able to propose alternative solutions.
Thanks
Raj
