Sync of calendars

Hi everyone

I would like to same help.

I have outlook 2016 configured with Microsoft account (created by exchange 2016 in my organization).

I have the private gmail.com account.

Approximately 2 weeks ago the calendars was sync with some meetings without any action by me(any rules or something like this).

Now the sync stop..and another users also complain for stop of sync.

What can I do or check?

Hi @michaellustig-9667,

Have you configured your Gmail account in Outlook client? And what's the specific meaning of "sync with some meeting"(all/ part of gmail's meetings are synced to your exchange account, Exchange account 's meetings are synced to your gmail account or the synchronization actually occurred between these two accounts)?

What can I do or check?

According to my experience, there may be no option that could sync the calendar between gmail and exchange directly in outlook, based on the basic feature in Outlook, we could only add the gmail's calendar via subscribe it with the link or import it as this official document mentioned: See your Google Calendar in Outlook , so please first check if there were any 3rd party tools and add-ins on your client before.

What's your need now? For example, if you would like to re-add the gmail's calendar in your Outlook, as a safe method, it's recommended to subscribe it in Outlook as I mentioned above. If you just would like to know what causes it, due to the sync stopped now, we may couldn't narrow down to confirm if it's related to your account or client, if it occur in the future, it's recommended to first log into your web mail to check if the issue could be reproduced there, if so, I think it may be more related to your account , in this case, it's recommended to contact your mailbox admin or gmail support directly.
