Retrive deleted Azure learning account (possibility of duplication)

Hi,

I have tried to connect to my Azure Learning Portal via my personal email. This account was linked to my institutional email (i.e., University email). However, after connecting, I could not see my exams appointments and my previous certificates. Although, I did not have this problem previously. The exams are booked via my institutional email to use my discount.

To resolve the issue I have tried to connect to my portal with incognito mode in my browser. Once I tried this approach, the system informed me that there are two accounts under my personal emails (i) the first is personal ACCOUNT, and (ii) the second one is used by my organization.

If I go with 2nd option (i.e., institutional option), I could see all the booked exams and certificates. However, I could not see these information if I chose personal account. Hence, I have deleted my personal profile (I did NOT close my account). After that, I could not see my booked exams and certificate anymore.

My question is that how can I retrieve my booked exams and certificates in my portal?

More information:
I have my MC ID under which the certificates are issued. In addition, I have access to my certificates via credly. Regarding the booked exam, I can connect to PearsonVUE via the link that is provided in confirmation email that is sent to me after booking the exams.
