How do I reconnect to a NAS after changing a id

I recently made a change to the admin user id on my NAS to another name for security purposes. I see the NAS under the network, but it appears the credentials it's using are the old ones.

How can I get prompted for the new set of passwords and user id?

Please try to double click the NAS and if there is a credential window prompt to request to enter the credential?

but it appears the credentials it's using are the old ones.

Where did you check the credential used was the old one?

Please also try to remove the old credential from Credential Manager and add the new credential in Credential Manager to see if it was helpful:
