MECM is not updating endpoint clients

Recently configure MECM and its update point role, following the documentation first create the team group and second the update deployment package to the team groups but they are not being installed on the client computers.

In clients I get this error:

CcmIsDeviceMdmEnrolled returned error 0x1, MDM Sync not executed.

but I don't know if it has to do.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
Where did you get this message, it seems it has nothing to do with software update.
We should make sure the deployed updates are required by client computers.
The updates not installed on clients, there might be many reasons, we may refer to the article to troubleshoot it:

Seems there is no updates for some days, may I know the process of this issue?
