1.are other third party and build-in printers which were installed on this issue win10,have the same no print issue?
2.how did you connect MP240 to your win10 computer ?by TCP/IP or usb cable?
3.can you enter winver in command prompt on win10 computer now and look the os version and os version number ?[for example windows 10 enterprise 1809 (os build 17763.316)]
4.if we install the latest update patches on this issue win10 ,will the same issue happen ?
5.when the problem persist, if we re add this issue printer from control panel again ,will the same issue happen ?
6.when your issue happen ?can you enter below powershell command on issue win10 then check which update patch cause your issue?
get-hotfix
if the problem persist ,if we uninstall the update ,will the same issue happen ?
Looks a bit old. What operating system is used.
