AD locked user login Owa

Good Morning,

I have a magic problem.

Some user have to be login Exchange 2016 Owa, while user "locked out" in AD, some user haven't be logint while user "lock out".

What could be the problem?

Thank you so much for posting here.

Based on my understanding, once the user was locked out in AD, they could not login to exchange 2016 Owa. For any misunderstanding, please let me know.

A locked account usually means that the account locked automatically after multiple attempts to access it with an invalid password. In some cases the account will become unlocked automatically after a period of time or else it must be manually opened by an administrator depending on what level of security is needed.

If the account is locked out, it will not be able to login. The main problem is that we need to find out why the user is locked out.
