Hi,
We're getting the error above when trying to create the resource for Azure face. This is strange because the site has an enterprise agreement.
I've noticed I cant even do this on a trial instance anymore!
Any help with this would be of benefit!

I was able to create it in my personal subscription.
Just try opening subscription > Resource providers and register Microsoft.CognitiveServices then create Azure face resource.
@GerryWalsh-7408 Is this subscription created for personal use or any of the law enforcement departments in USA? There is a restriction on the usage for the later. As per the documentation:
On June 11, 2020, Microsoft announced that it will not sell facial recognition technology to police departments in the United States until strong regulation, grounded in human rights, has been enacted. As such, customers may not use facial recognition features or features included in Azure Services, such as Face or Video Indexer, if a customer is, or is allowing use of such services by or for, a police department in the United States.
Hi Vailbhav,
I've managed to resolve this and thanks for your reply. It now works when I select western Europe as opposed to northern Europe. It feels pretty northern here in Winter all the same!
Thanks to all for help on this!
Hi Romungi,
I'm working in an educational institute in Northern Europe. I actually had an instance running in the trial version as recently as 6-8 weeks ago. I'm trying to configure it to run off of our subscription now and get the error above. Also, I've gone back and tried to run it in a free trial instance and am getting the same error.
Thanks for your reply!
