Thanks for sharing this. For some reason my predictive web service disappeared as well. I am checking this with product group to see any change here. Will let you soon.

Also, I just got confirmation from product group. Firstly, there is no any prerequisite for using this button except the pipeline must be successfully run. And if user run their pipeline but this button is still un-available, please refresh browser page to reload their page. If the pipeline run successfully but this button always un-available, we would like to investigate more with set up a meeting to see any issue there.

Sorry for the delay due to the weekend. I just fixed my process and it works for me now as below.
My region is in South Central US and my reproduce steps are simple:
Open the template https://gallery.azure.ai/Experiment/670fbfc40c4f44438bfe72e47432ae7a
Run the experiment.
My previous failure is because Preditive web service option would available on training page which help to generate an inferencing pipeline. I will recommend you to go to support ticket for more investigation. Please let me know if you have no support plan. I can help you to enable one for free to solve this issue.

@CASTANEDARODRIGUEZDAMIAN-2301 Glad to hear this works now. It should be fine now and seems you do not need a ticket. Sometimes the cache would cause issue. Please let me know again if the same situation happens to you. We would like to help . ^^
