The laptop models with this problem are not the same, including Lenovo, Redmi, Huawei and so on. I would like to ask whether this is a normal phenomenon or an unrepaired problem. I did not find this problem until I upgraded to Win11 through the Windows Experience Plan last week, and I thought it was the BU of Win11. But yesterday back to Win10 just found that the problem still exists, hope the official can pay attention to this problem and reply, I do not think this is normal phenomenon.

Hi,
Screen flickering in Windows 10 is usually caused by incompatible apps or display drivers. To determine whether an app or driver is causing the problem, check to see if Task Manager flickers. Then, based on that information, you'll need to either uninstall the app or update the display driver.

I would suggest you to go through below article and refer the suggestions from the article and check if it helps.

Hope above information can help you.
