CMD randomly popping up - seaajvc

Hello,
I'm getting a random cmd popup every 2 mins and it's pretty annoying. I've made my researches and tried everything tried to restore health but the problem persists.
Here's a screenshot of the issue, normally I don't see the popup it's so fast but this time I've took a screenshot of it and hoping for a solution.

Thank you.

The problem has been solved, the issue was from the account itself. I didn't create a new account but i just found out where this 'seaajvc' located at, it was a system hidden file so all I did is delete it and the popup does not show anymore. Thank you for the help though!

Might also try from a clean boot.

Procmon may also help you understand what is calling it.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon

it may be this tool being triggered by some other process.

I've tried using Procmon, its the first time I use it. I waited for the pop up to happen and see what's causing it but still can't find it as the list is going so fast.

Hello @DSPatrick
I kept an eye on Procmon and here are the results of the random popup.

I actually searched the internet for this 'seaajvc' and can't find it anywhere. This is so weird.

Which antivirus and or software firewall are in use?

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
chkdsk /r /v

This may take hours to run so plan to run overnight.

Run on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive.

C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Type: Y
reboot

Use the information in this link to find the chkdsk report in the event viewer.
Copy and paste into notepad > save to desktop > post into the thread using a one drive, drop box, or google drive share link:
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/40822-read-chkdsk-log-event-viewer-windows-10-a.html

Then reboot into clean boot > report any changes

If the problem(s) persist plan to run a log collector > post a share link using one drive, drop box, or google drive

Hi
@HachemBenAmor-2313
Do you have any clues that resulted in this popup occur, after a recent update or installation of an application from suspectable website?I tend to suggest you do a full scan by Windows Security or a stronger one, if the problem persists. you might as well try to disable the cmd by editing the registry or gpo settings. Remember to back up registry before editing. To clean install a new win10 is the most rapid solution with necessary files backed up.

Hope this can help you

Okay soo, this is happening after installing a cracked adobe premiere. However, I have uninstalled it and did a full scan using Avast / Bitdefender / MalwareBytes and also using the Windows defender and didn't find any threats.
