Hi @Raheelzubair-8532

According to your error message, it looks they don't get the cert in the server.

For client side, You could try to clear the cache files about the certificate as following :

1.click Start, click Run, type certmgr.msc, and then click OK.

2.Double-click Personal, and then double-click Certificates.

3.Sort by the Issued By column, and then look for a certificate that is issued by Communications Server.

4.Right-click the certificate, and then click Delete.

In addition, please check if there is any error messages from the event viewer.

This issue happened since we moved to SFB 2019. Even the address books are at same error.

What can we do at Server side to fix it.

Could you share with us the screenshot of address book errors?

Have you checked that the useraccount is correct enabled and has a valid sip Address?

To be noticed that the userSipAddress and UserCredential attribute value and make sure it is correct in your command.
