@Alesha I have tried an export scenario with one of my project in west Europe and it seems to work fine.
Could you please confirm in which region is your speech resource created? I am checking internally on this.

Our region is set to Australia, and we are based in New Zealand.

Over one hour for 2minutes

Usually these would only take a couple minutes max to export.
