Cannot create support request - "You don't have permission" - top level administrator account

Hi folks, this is a weird one and it looks like it's not just me. I can no longer create support requests, I get to the third panel for additional details and it just tells me I don't have permission to create support tickets. This is on the topmost administrative account and has worked absolutely fine in the past.

Has anybody else experienced this or have any idea how to proceed?

Cheers,
Marc

Hi @Marc-6207

As per the error message looks like the logged in user does not have the permission to create the support ticket.
I will suggest you to navigate to IAM and verify "View my access" to know what access the logged in user have.
In case you need any access I will suggest you to reach out to your subscription administrator to grant the required access.
