Can't add my email to Outlook mobile app

Hello,

This is Ecount ERP programming company.

I have received some of complaints that our users can't add out emails to Outlook mobile app.
It works fine in PC version.
It only doesn't work in mobile app.

It shows a message saying that the connection to your mail server timed out.

Please let us know what to do.

It's been like this over a week and we haven't received any proper guidance.

Hi @Jooyoung-2427

Please first understand under Outlook tag, we mainly focus on general issues on Outlook desktop client and know little about Outlook mobile app. Based on my research, I found a similar thread that mentioned the network may affect it, please try to switch to other network to check if the issue has any differences.

Also, in order to further confirm if your issue is related to your account or client and provide you with the follw-up suggestions, I would like to know did this issue occur on all users in your organization? And what's the mail server that you are working with(Exchange server or others)?

Thanks for the quick reply.

I've tried to contact Customer Support via mobile app, but I haven't received any replies.

It happens to almost every users using phones in low software mobile version.
I have tried in different networks, but I still have the same alert.

Our mail server is as follows :

  • Receiving server (imap)
    *.com, 143 port

  • Sending Server

  • 587 port
