What is your meaning of make migration? Do you mean you want to upgrade Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams and migrate users to Teams?
What is your current environment? Hybrid or online?
There are two methods for migrating an existing organization with Skype for Business (whether online or on-premises) to Teams:
Overlapping capabilities method (using Islands mode):
Select capabilities method (using one or more of the Skype for Business modes)
Moreover, to move your on-premises users to Teams, you should also configure hybrid connectivity between Skype for Business Server and Teams. For more details about it, you could learn it from:

Hi @JimmyYang-MSFT , Thanks for your reply. Actually we are in process of Tenant to tenant migration for all workloads like MS teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and exchange online. And we are going to make it as Teams only coexistence mode for all users in tenant for reason I had asked best practices.
Hope you get clear idea if not do let me know.
Based on my research, office365 tenant to tenant migration is not a straight forward migration as multiple workloads are involved and it has to be carefully planned for each workload. For Teams client, there is no one tool from Microsoft is available to perform this migration. About other products, you may need to confirm from the related team.
