You can download installation media here. Make sure to install "Pro" if that's the license you have.

Should be able to select Troubleshoot activation and then follow the instructions to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro

Hi,
When you want to reinstall, make sure you install the same Edition of Windows 10, there will be not issue reactivating.
If no OEM embedded key is detected you'll get a menu asking you to choose Home or Pro. Then a prompt for a key. If the PC already has a digital entitlement for Windows 10 you can click skip when asked for a key. Install the version matching the digital entitlement and it will activate online automatically.

You would have to do a clean install in order to change editions. If you run the setup from Inside Windows, it would install the same version.
The Windows 10 ISO that you download using Media Creation Tool includes both the Home as well as Pro editions.

When you create a bootable USB of Windows 10 using the ISO
(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10) and attempt to install Windows 10 from it, the setup of Windows 10 automatically checks your BIOS/UEFI for embedded product key (if available), and installs the right version based on its findings.
And when you are installing Windows 10 on a new PC or a PC without the embedded product key, it displays the prompt asking you to select the edition of Windows 10 that you would like to install.

We can force Windows 10 setup to install our desired edition of Windows 10 by adding a new file “ei.cfg” in Windows 10 setup ISO image. This file tells Windows setup about which edition of Windows should be installed in the computer.
Please refer to the following steps:
Create the bootable installation media

Right click your Desktop, choose New - Text Document

Paste the text below into that document

[EditionID]
Core
[Channel]
Retail

Then choose File - Save Aa, at the bottom of the Save As dialog, change file type to 'All Files' then save that file as ei.cfg (note you must manually add the cfg file extension)

Then copy that ei.cfg file into the Sources folder in your Installation Media

When you begin the Installation, you should be asked which Edition you want to install, there should be no problem installing the win10pro version.

You can refer to the example in the link below:
