I am at my wits' end with trying to fix my Outlook archive. Currently, the option is missing from any and all accounts that I have associated with my Outlook application. I added the archive button to my quick-access toolbar and it remains grayed out. There was a fix provided here in the MS forums, which had a few different solutions, neither of which worked for me. This involved disabling COMs add-ins, and then restarting Outlook, and another method where a registry change was done for the modified items. Neither of these have changed the behavior. I also deleted and recreated the .OST and .PST files to no avail. Uninstall and reinstall of Office did nothing, nor did running the repair. Any other ideas?
