Outlook Addin for Citrix users using Teams Machine-Wide Installer

I've installed the Teams Machine-Wide installer on my Citrix server.

The add-in isn't visible when you open options. When I attempt to add it using the DLL located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\TeamsMeetingAddin\1.0.20244.4\x64 folder I get an error saying that it's not a valid Office add-in.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong in setting this up?

@TJWhittaker-9722,

About Teams Meeting add-in in Outlook for Windows does not show, you could download and run the Microsoft Support Recovery Assistant to perform automated troubleshooting steps and fixes.

Alternatively, you could also perform the steps manually in this link.

@TJWhittaker-9722,
Does the recovery assistant fix this problem?

You are aware that this is probably a RDS setup with Citrix on top with non-persistent desktops and either a Citrix based or a FSLogix based profile disk management where you normally use a Teams standalone installer and install it not only machine wide but also centralized (allusers=1 alluser=1) as recommended in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-for-vdi?
I'm quite sure a support tool designed for standard installations for office 365 / M365 isn't designed to fix issues that might pop up in this special environment.
