Signed up for Office 365 with same e-mail address, now can't reach Azure subscription

I recently signed up for Office 365 with the same e-mail address I use for my Azure subscription but I no longer can access my Azure subscription - I filled out a trouble ticket in the Azure portal over a week ago (and submitted several updates asking for a response) but have not heard anything. This has effectively shut me out of my subscription although I am still getting billed for it. Is there any mechanism in place to contact someone at Microsoft to resolve this situation?

@RobinBayer-1711 - The support engineer informed you that the subscription exist in your personal account and the same is confirmed with you.
