Detail:
I log in to Microsoft's website and go step by step to schedule the exam by choosing "schedule with Pearson VUE", I follow the steps and unexpectedly the session restarts, when I log in again, the same thing happens. I cannot advance to schedule the exam and I must link my private email with my IBM email in order to get a discount, but as I mentioned before, the session is reset and I have been with the problem for several weeks, please me I need your support to know what happens and solve this problem, if you need any additional information let me know.
Note:
I have tried it several times, from different browsers and computers to discard PC, OS etc.
I share a screenshot where right there when clicking "Agree" the session restarts, not being able to advance to schedule the exam.
