Nice CPU conformation with swap testing.

The longer the testing the better the testing environment.

Hi
@TomAus-1468

In view of the code WHEA and CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT, It's pretty close that the issue is raised by Hardware.
As you mentioned that you can not install 21H1? is that mean you can not do a clean install to 21H1? And you rebuild 20H2 threes times? does rebuild mean clean install the 20H2 OS three times?

Generally, after a clean install, if the BSOD remains, It's high likely hardware has something wrong. Basically, we can reset the bios including reset the ram frequency by press the CMOS button behind the motherboard I/O.
It's recommended to use the origin version of bios of your Z590 in MSI Center/Dragon Center.
Check the physical connection of cpu/ram/and power cables 24pin/8pin*2 and M.2 980 pro. Make sure the integrity of your CPU socket LGA1200 on your motherboard

If further assistance were needed you could open a request ticket with Microsoft support.
https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness
Even if you require support from Microsoft, third party hardware issue can only resort to OEM and retailer within warranty.

Hope this can help you
If your need further help, be free reply to me at your convenience.

As you mentioned that you can not install 21H1? When the machine was build I put on 21h1 and it build but as soon as it loaded BSOD (this was before even BIOS update or any drivers) so did bios up and and drivers but still got every day BSOD

is that mean you can not do a clean install to 21H1? Correct clean install on brand new build machine new NVME Gen4 Samsung 980 never used before
And you rebuild 20H2 threes times? yeap 3 times, so fare I found setting my BIOS from watercooler to Boxed cooler seems to be more stable. In the Bios says Boxed cooler runs at 125w and Watercool at 4096w (just a bit of a differents but no over heating and I am not overclocking the CPU. GPU just using the XMP profile

does rebuild mean clean install the 20H2 OS three times? Clean install everytime.

Check the physical connection of cpu/ram/and power cables 24pin/8pin*2 and M.2 980 pro. Make sure the integrity of your CPU socket LGA1200 on your motherboard - have reseat everything CPU, Ram, GPU, unplugged power cables and replugged them in

Make sure the integrity of your CPU socket LGA1200 on your motherboard - how do you check the integrity?

If you want to know more information about my issue can be found here as I posted it on the MSI forum as well

Hi
From my point of view, if you used the official iso from microsoft.com to do the clean install, then the issue is high likely that has nothing to do with the System.

II'm really feel for you, No one expect this happens, especially the expensive 11900K, Besides, I suppose you assemble this PC on your own,
Unfortunately, I have to tell you that It's hard to find out which hardware doesn't work well without another platform to test individually.
The easiest way to test RAM is to disable XMP and run at 2133/2666 frequency. you can also your 1070Ti by using the UHD750 on your 11900K to test whether GPU is OK.

I see you on MSI forum, your CPU voltage is a little bit too high you can lock at 1.25-1.35v, close AVX-512

Best Regards

Well I just had the machine crash on me after playing fortnite

I have upload the latest V2 logs to the link above and also new memory.dmp as well.

I did notice the Hex code on the motherboard was Code 59
which forum HEX Code 59
59 - CPU micro-code is not found or micro-code update is failed

Then it goes to Hex 60 when the BSOD gets to 100% and reboots
60 - DXE Core is started

Hi
@TomAus-1468

I'm not sure the debug light shows the error code when run into BSOD. As far as I know the debug light only work before entering the System, if stuck, it will display the error code.
After entering in the OS. the code represent the temperature of CPU, So far my MSI motherboards do this way(z390/z490/x570 godlike+b550 unify)it can be edited in bios.
I think further information can be told in MSI forum. And I will check it on my own. Thanks for your patience and understanding in advance.

Besides, the integrity of LGA1200 means, if any needle/stitch on socket is skew. though, Strongly don't examine it personally!

Best Regards

The earlier post had mini dumps.

Please post share links for memory dumps: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

LastWriteTime Size (MB) FullName

19/07/2021 11:27:23 PM 1511.36 C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

Memory dumps are typically large so include just one per share link.
See the earlier post's instructions on how to save them.

Please post memory dump share links for new BSODs.

Kaspersky AV has many drivers and uninstalling these drivers will create a cleaner environment during the troubleshooting.

The default settings are to overwrite memory dump files so they should be save as soon as possible after each BSOD.

If automatically restart is checked (default) it can be easy to miss BSOD.

Some of these commands will create the optimal settings for dump file formation and recognition.

1) Open administrative command prompt (ACP) and type or copy and paste:
2) sfc /scannow
3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
5) sfc /scannow
6) chkdsk /scan
7) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
8) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
9) wmic recoveros get autoreboot
10) wmic recoveros get DebugInfoType
11) wmic Computersystem where name="%computername%" set AutomaticManagedPagefile=True
12) wmic Computersystem where name="%computername%" get AutomaticManagedPagefile
13) wmic /Node:localhost /Namespace:\\root\SecurityCenter2 Path AntiVirusProduct Get displayName /Format:List
14) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

15) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

Ok ran all the commands I have had to copy and past them in a txt file because It would fit in one post. Upload to link below,

For some reason Kaspersky still appears when running "wmic /Node:localhost /Namespace:\\root\SecurityCenter2 Path AntiVirusProduct Get displayName /Format:List" even thought I uninstalled it.

Also have had 2 BSOD today so upload the latest one which was 4.4gb in size and have zipped it to 650mb ish.

Upload "cmd command" text file and new "Memory.zip" file to the below link

The command line results were good.

The Kaspersky drivers were not seen in the latest memory dump.

The memory dump share link that was posted earlier in the thread is missing.
Can you repost it?

When there are new memory dumps can you post them and make sure the earlier posts remain available in the thread?

Type: win + r keys
Type: Sysdm.cpl
Click Ok
Click advanced tab

In the startup and recovery section click settings

For System failure dump file:
a) uncheck the box to Overwrite any existing file
b) check the box to disable automatic deletion of memory dumps when disk space is low
c) click OK
d) reboot

For any BSOD:

a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp

if the file size is < 1.5 GB then > save to the downloads folder > zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive
