The latest memory dump was very large: 3.6 GB

See if you can zip and send it now.

If I receive it soon I'll try to upload it overnight.

LastWriteTime Size (MB) FullName

22/07/2021 9:16:30 PM 3623.12 C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

For any BSOD:

a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp

if the file size is < 2.0 GB then > save to the downloads folder > zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

that 3.6gb Memory dump was over written by the 4.4gb that I did zip and upload it was the 650mb zip file.

Haven't had another BSOD since.

Just putting it out there .
I currently have corsair memory (CMW32GX4M2C3200C16) in the machine but I found out it is not on the compatibility list from MSI webpage, it was last update 27th May 2021.

On corsair webpage it states it is Intel 500 Series compatible.

Just not sure if it isn't compatible with MSI Z590 Gaming Force because the manufacture webpage doesn't have it list.

Which could be causing the random issues.

When there are new BSOD after adding or changing hardware then test by removing or swapping hardware.

The RAM modules were not on the QVL.

If you can install QVL RAM that would be useful.

Continue posting memory dumps as they occur.

See if you find CPU for swap testing.

I don't think I will be able to get another CPU for testing as my other system is 1151 socket and currently don't know anyone with a 11th Gen 1200 socket CPU that I could borrow

But might be able to get ram in the next few days

also your right there was a 3.7gb dump file I missed have upload that as memory3.zip

Well this morning I had another BSOD but this time there was no Memory Dump or Minidmp created.

That is weird, I would have expected to have a second memory dump file after the setting you asked me to change

Type: win + r keys
Type: Sysdm.cpl
Click Ok
Click advanced tab
In the startup and recovery section click settings
For System failure dump file:
a) uncheck the box to Overwrite any existing file
b) check the box to disable automatic deletion of memory dumps when disk space is low
c) click OK
d) reboot

P.s. I am picking up RAM today to swap out and it is on QVL.

Windows may or may not produce dump files during crashes.

This is even after optimizing settings.

The successes and failures are typically displayed in the V2 collected logs.

The RAM swap testing can rule in / out the modules.

If you cannot swap test the CPU then plan to contact MSI or Intel or both for Return Merchandise Authorization.

There are software tests that can be run to test the CPU.

There can be false negatives.

So it's best to swap test.

Since you are unable to swap test then seek RMA.

I have installed the QVL ram today so. Will see how that goes. If it does BSOD with this QVL ram will upload v2 logs

If it is still issue then will look at RMA on CPU \ motherboard.

The thread data indicated malfunctioning CPU.

The other steps were made to reduce confounding factors.

It would be best to swap test the CPU.

If swap testing is not possible then seek RMA.

I was doing some reading today regarding the MSI and the CPU lite Load (CLL).
cpu-lite-load

And from there test back on 9th Gen Intel they had to up the CLL to a higher mode because they cause BSOD.

What are your thought if I up the CLL one mode at a time to get it stable but at the same time keep a eye on power usage and also heat?

The data displayed a repetitive hung processor(s).

Anything can be tried.

It's best to exercise the warranty > Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Well the machine ran for 4 days on the New RAM with out a BSOD.

To day I reinstall Kaspersky and then it BSOD about 5 hours later

But I am finding that there is no minidump or memory.dmp file getting created.
Is this due to a config you ask me to do earlier in one of you post?

The error is still the clock_watchdog_timeout (101)

Uninstall Kaspersky AV using the uninstall tool.

During the troubleshooting do not reinstall any non-Microsoft AV.

The CPU is malfunctioning by the earlier debugging and files troubleshooted.

Please swap test or RMA the malfunctioning CPU.

Nice work.

If you found the debugging and log troubleshooting helpful please use the vote option on the left side of each post.

The thread also has an answer feature that is often useful for later viewers.

I'll look forward to the CPU replacement.

Well I got a i5 to borrow and all running smoothly for 24 hours.

Was able to update to the latest Nvidia drivers with no BSOD as with the i9 everytime I tried to install it it was Blue screen.

So looks like your spot on processor issue.

i9 is away for replacement fingers cross i5 will run strong for the week.
