Sure, it is possible. Interactive voice response (IVR) obtains information from callers and directs the call to the appropriate queue.

Thanks for your answer! Article is good, but it do not cover my problem. I do not need IVR with questions and answers. I want after dialing main company number, external callers to be able to dial internal skype extensions.
Currently, this feature is not supported in Skype for Business. It can only routing incoming calls to groups of agents by using hunt groups or interactive voice response (IVR) questions and answers.
Meanwhile, Skype for Business Server provides the following call management features: Call Park, Group Call Pickup, Response Group, Announcement. But none of them can realize the feature you want.
The feature you want is more like auto attendants in Microsoft Teams. Admin can set dial scope and enable Dial by extension feature, then callers can reach up to certain people by extension numbers. To learn more about it, please refer to this article.
