Hi, your issue is more related to Outlook, I will remove our network tag and add Outlook related tag. Appreciate your understanding.
Hi @sammibali-7674,
Welcome to our forum!
As I know, Outlook only supports inserting text in the OOF message field, so we couldn't directly add banners there.
I have researched a lot for your requirement and found a workaround: we could try to create a OOF rule to reply with template in HTML format like below(File>Automatic-replies>choose send automatic replies>Rules>Add rule>check Reply with templates>Compose your template), after that we could reply the message with a HTML message when you Out Of Office. However, based on my tests, compared with OOF message only sending one email to one sender, it would reply every message you receive, please kindly check if it could also be helpful to you.
If you don't like that and still need the feature, it's recommended to submit your feedback in Outlook like below(Help>Suggest a feature>submit your feedback there), your time and effort would be highly appreciated :)

Hi @sammibali-7674,
Have you tried to reply with template as I mentioned above? And do you still have any questions about that, if you still need further assistance, please feel free to post back.
