Hi @sns1,

Whether other users occur this issue can't add any web part? Please check your permission in Master Page Gallery.
Settings > Site settings > Web Designer Galleries > Master pages and page layouts > Library settings > Permissions for this document library > Check Permissions

Please check if there are some custom JS codes may break the page.

Thank you for the response.
I will check with user to verify in sp2013, in mean time can you please confirm whether we can use page viewer web part in the SP online or not
if not as substitute what we can use? Please help

Hi @sns1,

You could use Embed Web Part to show page in SharePoint Online as a workaround.
