Hyper V VM not starting

We have 2 VMs on a Windows Server 2019 where since yesterday one of two wont turn on after we disabled the dynamic memory setting and did a restart. The error we get is the following
"hyper v failed to start worker process. the instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. The memory could not be %s. (0xc0000006)."
What I've tried so far is to delete that VM and created a new one which also got the same error while trying to start it. The one working VM was on a saved state but after restart of the physical server it worked.
Any suggestions?

Hi Danny

We didn't try anything further yet. Due to some necessary services running on the server we've schedule further troubleshoot on Thursday so I'll try then and I'll update accordingly.

Thank you. I'll try any possible solutions from that article today. Although the most obvious of a clean boot is a bit last case scenario. Hope something else in there works.

Something its definitely wrong with Hyper-V. After SFC scan it wont let create a new virtual machine. As there is one VM that is crucial and seems to work fine I can't troubleshoot any more. We will schedule a downtime and either uninstall Hyper-V and install it again hoping that will resolve the issue or clean install Win Server if nothing else works.
