Domain users cannot access Microsoft Store and it's apps after updating to 21H1 from 20H2 using the upgrade assistant

Hello everyone,

I am currently in the process of adding 3 new computers to our network and I just noticed after updating two of the computers and installing some software that the domain users cannot access the Microsoft Store and other preinstalled apps (like the Calculator). The local administrator can access the Microsoft Store and all of its apps just fine. I know this has nothing to do with our domain settings because I added the 3rd computer to our domain and added a domain user to it before updating to 21H1 and all the apps are there. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the store with the PowerShell with no luck.

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

I have this same problem. In my case, only the domain administrator is able to access Microsoft store, as well as use some features of Office apps like inserting a video into a powerpoint slide or accessing help or support from the help tab of any Microsoft application. It seems like some form of permission level issue.

Below is the log I get from the event viewer:

Hi Alex,

1.What is the error message prompted when domain account failed to access Microsoft Store and preinstalled applications?

2.For 3rd computer, if only the domain user that joint before upgrade has access to the windows Store? How about other domain users?

3.I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the store with the PowerShell with no luck.
Is there any error message?

4.Here is a reference link that instructs two kinds of possible causes that might lead to Windows Store app.
