Network not stable

Hi,

I notice I have network issues.

After a while I started to work, the network shuts off and I need to wait 5 minutes before it reconnects.

In the event viewer i can find some tip: a warning ID1014 and then error ID16398, related to Bits-Client

In application panel i see many ID1022 and ID455.

Since the network restores by itself, i think the problem is related to a kind of counter.

    Hi @AndreaVironda-1776,

    It could be related to the following things:

    TCP/IP Offload is enabled for a network adapter

    TCP/IP v6 is enabled and their ISP does not yet support TCP/IP v6.

    The spanning tree “portfast" setting is not enabled on your servers switch ports.

    Router and PC communicating with different channel or standard.

    I shall suggest you to update Network driver and run the Network diagnostic tool.

    Please refer to the following steps for updating the specific network driver.

    1. Select Start button and Insert Device Manager
    2. Expand the Network adapters and find the specific adapter
    3. Right click the adapter and select update driver.
    4. Reboot the machine to see if the issue can be resolved.
