SharePoint Online left navigation - Configure for specific user or group

Hello everyone. I couldn't find anything on this in my searches. Please let me know if a solution exists somewhere or if this even possible.

On the left navigation bar, is it possible to set up the a link that is specific for a user or group? I've attached a screenshot to help explain. I have a link in the left bar called "IT Support Hub" and a column called "Assigned to." If I am one of the members of "Assigned to" and my name is John Doe, when I click on "IT Support" hub, I only want to see items that are assigned to me. Does this make sense? Let me know if some clarification is needed.

Thank you!

Hi @EchoDu-MSFT ,

We haven't had a chance to try your solution yet, but I did run this by a senior colleague and we believe this will work. I'll report back if we run into any issues but for now, I think we're all set.

Thank you for all your help.
