Export CA server certificate template to other domain

Hi Support,

We have a CA in a production environment and we want to setup the CA in development environment, they are in different domain forest.

How can we export the certificate template from production and import to development?
Some existing template in 2 domain are different version (such as production is SCCM2016 and development is sccm2012), any impact of these template after import?

Thanks
Chong
