im experiencing issue, where my primary account doesnt switch to HMA (in Outlook connection status it shows "Autologon*" instead of "Bearer*")
When i create new profile (im adding another mailbox to my outlook), it DOES use HMA.
Recreating profile didnt work, reinstalling office didnt work, all other user accounts in company use HMA - there should be no problem with settings on Organization level.
Sometimes i test some settings, i might set up some policy on my mailbox/account preventing to use HMA. I have no clue how to find the source of my problem, why my particular mailbox dont switch to HMA and other mailboxes have no problem.
Some tips?
