VM firmware setting lost

Hi.

I've suffered some VM doesn't boot.
VM was rebooted or stoped and restart.
It seems lost boot order info at that time.

Disappeared all item kind of "boot from hard drive".
It just keep "boot from network adapter" only.

Hi,

Thank you for posting the issue to Q&A forum.

From our experience, you might need to remove the Hyper-V role and then reinstall it. Windows should retain all of your virtual machines throughout the role removal and reinstallation.

After the role installation, the firmware boot order list should become accessible.
