I arrived at Tysons Institute to take the AZ-900 exam 15 minutes early as required on July 23rd. I completed all the sign in requirements and was ready to take the exam. The test administrator initiated the exam but I was not able to actually take the exam. We attempted this on three separate computers. I waited for 80 minutes to see if
PearsonVUE customer service can resolve the issue and unfortunately they could not. How can I re-schedule for this exam? Who do I need to engage?
PearsonVUE website is not useful.
