Not Able to See Resource Group Cost Analysis

I have recently created a new subscription and a new resource group under that subscription.

I seem not to be able to see a cost analysis for the resource group.

When I click "Cost analysis", I get: Unable to load – See error details

The error details are: Given subscription f8*3-c*b--92d5-1**54d doesn't have valid WebDirect/AIRS offer type. (Request ID: f1c2d497-5c2b-4a2e-b187-269086c6fd79)

Is there a fix for this?

@DarrellKent-0398 I do see you have a supported offer type and there are few resource groups that shows usage on ACM DB. If this is still an issue, I would recommend you reach out to us by creating a support request for further investigation. Here is the link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request to create support case.


FYI: Please do not share any PII data such as subscription ID, email ID etc...

Not really sure about that error. i could see RG - Cost analysis tab in my subscription.

Could you try clearing browser cache and retry? Or try in other browser or Chrome Incognito mode?

I get the same error for both of my Resource Groups.

I tried clearing cache on both Chrome and Edge - no luck.

Given the error code above, I would be surprised that incognito mode is the answer here.

@AlessandroPioArdizio-1354 Does you have usage for these RGs? We have a limitation wherein dimensions without usage do not populate in cost analysis and Budgets.

Navigate to your Subscription > Resource Providers > Microsoft.CostManagement and Re-register it. Worked for me.
