I successfully built my model to the HoloLens2 but it can't show up in the Hololens2.

Hi,
I'm told having successfully built the model to the Hololens2 in the Visual Studio2019 window, but the model can't show up in Hololens. There are just 4 balls rolling around each other which seems like it was loading the project but don't have an end. However, I got a proper result yesturday with the same files.
I would like to know if someone had this problem before, why this happened and how to solve it. Thank you very much.
Sorry if u can't understand my expression cuz I'm not a native English speaker.

What does the "model" mean? If it is a 3D model, and you want to display it in HoloLens 2, you need to use any third-party application to convert and/or optimize your models. For the format about 3D model assets, it is recommended to use .glb file format and refer to this general guidance that includes triangle counts: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mixed-reality/import-tool/optimize-models

Thank you for your reply. It is a 3d model made in Unity3d. I've already solved this problem, which was caused by a MRTK configuration file's missing. Thanks again.

I am facing the same problems with four balls dancing around.
Could you please suggest me how you fixed this problem?

I tried to go through the process of MRTK configuration a couple times according to this link but I still cannot figured out.
