InfoPath form login bad state

I have an infopath form that I need to edit, however when opening the list in Infopath then opening the site I get the login form, and when I enter my credentials; I get an error that my account is in a bad state. in SharePoint Online the infopath service is enabled, on the site collection the service is also enabled, I have loggged out of M365 and logged back in, I am running out of ideas.

thanks!

Could you sign in the InfoPath with this account before?

Whether this issue occurs with only one account or other accounts too?

Whether MFA is enabled for this account?

Can you sign in Office 365 with this account ? You can try to sign in the Office 365 Portal and check if it works.

Please go to the Office 365 My Account page and go to the “Subscriptions” section to check if you could find “SharePoint Online”.

You may try to delete credential then login the InfoPath Designer again. Please refer the following steps to delete the credential.

  1. Quit all Office applications.

  2. Type "Credential Manager" into the search box in the tool bar and click to open the Credential Manager.

  3. Select Windows Credentials.

  4. Click to open the credentials containing "Office15" or "Office16" and click "Remove".

  5. Sign in again with your Office 365 account.
