Manage Printer Jobs

Hello
I have a Windows Server 2016 Print Server. On this server I have 100 queues. In each of the queues I inserted a group called UNIT_PRINT_ADM.

This group has the permissions to print and manage documents.

When a user of this group (using MMC.exe) tries to delete the documents from the queue (Ex: Printer with error) he receives an access denied message.

How to solve this case?

HI

When a user is given the "Manage Document" permission, he cannot manage documents that are already waiting to be printed. He can only manage documents that are sent to the printer after being given the "Manage Document" permission.

So after we assign "manage document" permission for the user in "UNIT_PRINT_ADM"group and print the new test document from him again, will the same issue happen?
