Microsoft Excel Cannot Open Or Save Any More Documents Because There Is Not Enough Memory

Hello. We started getting problems when opening files in Outlook.

If you save the file to the desktop and unlock it, the file opens.

I found a solution, to disable all these functions:

But now users are faced with the fact that the file does not automatically open, constantly showing a pop-up window that can not be disabled !!!

  • How to configure Microsoft Office to open all files, regardless of any problems and that there were no additional questions? This all is not convenient for work.

Hi @47451047

Since your question is more related to Office Excel, I have removed the tag "office-exchange-server-administration" which is used for Exchange On-premises server questions and added the tag "office-excel-itpro" to it.
Thanks for your understanding and hope you will get the answer soon.

Hi @47451047,
I suggest you refer to these steps:
1. Close Outlook, click the Search button in the Task Bar, type Outlook into Search box, and then click the Outlook program with holding the Ctrl + Shift keys to open Outlook as an administrator:
2. In the popping up User Account Control dialog box, please click the Yes button to go ahead.
3. Click the attachment and uncheck the dialog box option "Always ask before opening this type of file":

In my opinion, maybe you can try to use PowerShell there is no Group Policy for this option, the most important step is Run as an administrator.
