Unable to install Language pack on Windows server 2012 R2

I tried installing directly from Control panel and with lp.cab file through lpksetup.

But both are continuously failing.

Earlier we have languages installed on the servers but after the windows update languages got removed.

Hi,
This issue could be caused be a pending reboot after installing patches or the like.
Cbs.log is a great lead. It should point you to the issue.

In addition, here are some posts with the similar issue with yours, just for your reference, you can try the method mentioned in them:
https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/778926-server-2012-r2-error-0x80073701
Some users found CBS log pointed to the Korean language pack.
You could try to take ownership of each parent key that referenced the Korean Language pack and disable inheritance so that you could delete just the reference to the Language Pack.
Hope above information can help you.
