Always on basic availability group suppport deployment cross datacenters (multi subnet)

Hi guys,

I need to implement SQL Always on for disaster recovery. I have to implement two nodes between two datacenter with different subnets. The version of SQL Server 2019 Standard edition.

I want to know if can to implement Always on basic availability group in this scenario. besides if there´s any limits / considerations about the implementation.

Yes. We can implement Always on basic availability group on two nodes in multi subnet cluster.
For Basic Always On availability group, here are some limitations we need to consider.

For multi-subnet cluster, here are some considerations about IP address resource dependency and
client recovery latency during failover.
