Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center how to view Quick Scan result?

Hi!
If I use the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center to run a Quick Scan on a user PC ( I wish to check far pc's for virus some time... ),
how can I later check the result of the scan result?
Or any history info what happened during the scan etc. ?

Is it possible to see in MEM or I have every time move to the user pc to check in event viewer etc.

Thanks.

@Chris-84Po-210 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.
Firstly, we need to create a device configuration profile to configure Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, after the quick scan, we can view the Antivirus agent status report, as follows

Everything is fine now.
I finished my task thanks to you.

Can you pls tell me what is meaning this report:

I have one user with a pup detected. The problem is solved by the user, but the message in the Malware state column is still Active.

Does this mean the problem is not solved or I have to initialize a new scan again?
Or is this just for the record?
I'm 100% sure this problem didn't exist now on the mentioned user.

Don’t worry, the scan record will be delayed, and the next scan result will return to normal.
