GoDaddy Cert for domain

Now that I have mysite.azurewebsites.net running well, how do I get mysite.com to point to that site and use my GoDaddy cert for mysite.com ?

I would start by adding the custom hostname. Instructions vary depending on where you purchased the domain and what you using to manage the DNS for that domain.

Documentation is here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/Azure/app-service/app-service-web-tutorial-custom-domain

Once you have the custom domain mapped, next step is adding the certificate.

Same caveats apply, instructions will vary depending on the source where the cert was purchased.

Finally you will need to create a binding (basically tell the app use this certificate and this custom hostname together)
