storing output token from API call

How to store output token from an API call to use it to append to another data table? If I store it in set variable I'm unable to pull into my data flow to append it with other fields in a table.

Hi @SPVat-5435,

Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A forum and posting your query.

As per my understanding you are storing the output token from API to a pipeline variable using set variable activity. If that is the case then you are very close, you just have to map those pipeline variables to data flow parameters and then append it with other fields in a table as needed.

Here is a video from a community expert (Disclaimer note: Not MSFT owned) which explains how to map pipeline variables to Mapping data flow parameters: ADF -Pipeline Parameter/ Variables - Set/Append Variable - Data Flow Parameters

This should help achieve your requirement. Do let us know if you have further query.
