Microsoft online meetings - with different school accounts into single App registered

Hi, I am able to fetch access token for a user from work/school account other then the account from which the app was registered. But when creating meeting through that account using the app clients Id the error 403 forbidden is thrown. I have checked all permission provided to it but it didn't worked for me. Attaching screenshot for app cred and permissions provided.

Please if anyone could suggest a solution for other school account to work when creating meeting.
