How do I timestamp a photo I take on my iPhone using Microsoft Lists?

Hello,

I utilize the Microsoft Lists app on my iOS iPhone 11 for a work project. Essentially, I have created a list, and when I am in the field I create entries, which includes using the in-App option of taking a photo. I take photos via the Microsoft List as part of the entry I create.

When I was using the Microsoft SharePoint app for the same function, the filename would include a timestamp in the file name. VERY convenient. Unfortunately, the photos I take via the Lists app does not include a timestamp, it's just a series of letters and numbers (not really, but it's just indecipherable).

The Microsoft Lists app performs better in every way EXCEPT when it comes to the filename creation of the photos taken via the app.

Is there a way to program the Lists app on iOS so that the photo, once taken, will be timestamped automatically?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Jeremy

Hi @JeremyA-1597 , Could you please confirm if this is related to Microsoft Teams Development ? And are you using any Graph API or SDK in order to save the photo?

@Prasad-MSFT ,

Prasad, thank you for your response. The truth I do not have the technical knowledge to even understand your question. I take the photo via the attachment option on my Microsoft Lists entry. I have an iPhone. Does that help?
