Recently moved to Outlook by provider - it BLOCKS senders in a way I have NOT defined and does NOT inform me

I was recently moved by my e-mail service provider to the Outlook. Everything seemed fine 'till I realized, from the complaints, that the Outlook blocks some senders with whom I regularly converse (including work related and even family related) without me defining any blocking rule and without Outlook informing me that they actively prevented those senders to reach to me.... This is not sending them to the Spam folder, this is in a manner where they receive a bounced-back email stating that it was blocked while I have no clue that they have attempted to contact me. Unacceptable and dangerous. How to stop this from happening ever again?

Hi @dusamalmaleticorg-0964 ,

I am not aware that the outlook app is acting like you described.
For me it looks like your email service provider is blocking/bouncing the mails by the "email-service" he is running.

You should get in contact with your email service provider to get this sorted.
