Mail merge is not working on Mac OS Big Sur

Just installed Ms outlook on another Mac OS Big Sur. After this am not able to send the mail merge. On my previous mac it is working fine. I also deleted the main profile and created new profile but still not working. Also subject is showing as <no subject> in sent mail folder. But it is showing perfectly fine on another mac.

Please help me resolve this.

Considering you could send the mail merge on other Mac successfully, I think your working steps are right.

Did the issue occur on a specific document or all document on this client? If it occurred on all files , the issue may be related to the client itself. In order to further confirm your issue, we could first try to check if there are any differences between this client and another client(such as Mac os version, Word and Outlook version etc.)

If they are exactly the same, based on my research, I found a relevant thread that mentioned we could tried to clear word cache and start safe boot on mac when mail merge not working, please kindly follow the steps to check if it could also be helpful to you.
