Error 0x1900101

I already posted this on Microsoft answers, but I just want to post it here also.

So basically my computer REFUSES to install Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22000.100. I installed and restarted so after "Updates are underway" there was a restart, after that it was "Getting windows ready" for 1 second. Then back to the windows 10 lock screen. I opened it and saw it was something like "Windows failed to install updates. Please try again later. If this issue persists, the Error code: 0x1900101 (or something like that) searched the web and updated all drivers, including BIOS. Tried again and failed. Cleaned hard drive. Failed again. Repaired corrupted files. Fail again. Used the "get help". Failed again. The Setupdiag reports "abrupt down level failure"

I posted on Feedback Hub https://aka.ms/AAdaq1n go there for more files, pictures and detail. Please Please PLease help me

i did almost everything too, I think it s not about our system or anything related to us. it s about Microsoft it self and we have to wait until they fix this problem... no other way I think

Take a look at Windows installer log files:

Great you share it in the Feedback Hub and Windows team will investigate the issue.

Hi,

Have you checked that the PC meets the minimum system requirements?
What is your version of Windows 10, you can try to upgrade to the latest version and then update Windows 11.

If you’re getting the 0xC1900101 error, the problem might be your antivirus software. To fix the issue, it’s advised to uninstall your antivirus completely and try to install the update again.
This issue can be caused by any third-party antivirus tool, so be sure to uninstall it and try to upgrade it again.

Also, it may be because your system doesn't have two security settings turned on, Secure Boot and TPM 2.0. Both these features have been built into many modern computers and processing chips from Intel and AMD, and are now required for all machines running Windows 11.
You could check the next steps here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-insider/troubleshooting#not-receiving-updates

Hope above information can help you.
