Exchange 2013 - Problem with mail content

Hi all,
My environment : Exchange server 2013 CU23, I have 1 customer , they send me an email to my Exchange mailbox , my gmail and yahoo mail.
Here is the look on gmail and yahoo mail

Here is the look on my Exchange mailbox (OWA , MS Outlook , mobile)

What could be the cause of this ? And how to fix it ? Let me know if you need more information. Please give me some advice, thank you very much.

Update:
When a realuser@customer.com forward same message to my Exchange mailbox, it's normal.
The problem only occurs when message is sent from customer's automatic mailing system (noreply) , maybe it is stamped or altered with any signature software.

Hi @JackChuong-8462

Does only the email body show as garbled text?
I suppose this issue should have something to do with encoding.

Please have a check with the encoding of the email body.
You may check it in Outlook via opening the email, right-click and view source.
Check the charset part:

And please also check if the encoding is set in the email header.
You may refer to this link about how to check the email header: View internet message headers in Outlook
Please check the Content-Type part and see if there is a charset setting.

Hi,
This is email header in Outlook (Content-Type part)

     Content-Type: text/html; charset="utf-8"
     Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

This is email header in gmail

 Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii
 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

####### this is message body in gmail ######
 <html xmlns:v=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:o=3D"urn:schemas-micr=
 osoft-com:office:office" xmlns:w=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" =
 xmlns:x=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:excel"
 ...
 <br></body> </html>

The message is html format, I have a transport rule that will add disclaimer (pretend) for external sender which is html format also, I guess it corrupted message body, I will add exception for customer's automatic mailing system (noreply) to see if it fixes this problem.

Thanks for the update.

Yes a disclaimer may also be the possible cause of the issue.
I think it is worth a try.

Yes, I added exception for customer's automatic mailing system (noreply), their messages are not added disclaimer (pretend) anymore.
